CI.Connect Ltd Office Expansions

Rochford Office
The Essex based company are experts in their field - designing, project management Installation supporting video conferencing, audio-visual, and room/desk scheduling  solutions. 

Using their agnostic approach, they have built a loyal client base partnering with local, national and global businesses, ranging from SME’s to UK and international Enterprise organisations. 

CI.Connect make day-to-day video communications easy and effective, offering a wide range of ever-evolving technologies such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Cisco, Crestron, Neat, Poly HP & Logitech.

Founded in 2010, they have grown from strength to strength and have recently acquired a brand new 5,000 sq ft office and warehouse facility based at the new Airport Business Park near London Southend Airport. As part of the new facility they have designed and built a state of the art testing and pre-staging area ensuring that the technical solutions are fully tested before delivery to the client location.

As part of the warehouse design they required a large storage area to accommodate client requests for space during office refurbishments and re-locations.

The building also consists of additional office space for operations and customer service departments. 

Holland Office
Service and support for our clients - wherever they are in the world - has always been a top priority for CI.Connect.

The company has invested heavily in making sure that their dedicated installation, remote support, and on-site support teams are properly trained and properly resourced. 

Many of the company’s clients have already, or are planning to, open European and global offices. 

With that in mind, they are delighted to announce that they will be better able to support those clients, with the opening of the CI.Connect office in the Netherlands!

Based in the business district of Amsterdam, this presence in Europe is helping the business expand their reach and speed up delivery timescales and logistical processes, ultimately giving their customers a smooth, efficient and worry-free experience.

Trowbridge/Bristol Office
CI.Connect’s office based in Trowbridge, near Bristol, is the centre of support operations. It is around four years since the business opened its dedicated technical support admin centre in the county town of Wiltshire.

During the opening hours of 08:00 until 18:00, this office receives & processes every client support request and manages its support engineers and partners across the UK, Europe and further afield.

To handle these activities they use enterprise level systems. The award winning FreshDesk platform allows them to log and manage every one of our client’s requests. This also allows customers 24-hour access to view, update and chase their tickets.

This office has robust processes that manages and tracks RMAs from your premises, to manufacturer, and back to reinstallation & re-commissioning.
